The Bedrooms
All rooms are equipped with small refrigerators, tea/coffee
trays, CD Radios, and heaters.

Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 is a double room complete with en-suite shower room
equipped with a king-sized bed, a shower, a hand basin, and a toilet.
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor. |

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with en-suite shower room with shower, hand
basin and toilet. |

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is a double room complete with a king-sized bed, en-suite
shower room with a shower, a hand basin, and a toilet. This room will
take an extra full-sized single bed if required. |

Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 is a superior twin room with fitted furniture, an en-suite
bathroom equipped with a bath, a very large luxury shower cabinet, a
hand basin and a toilet.
This room will take an extra full-sized single bed if required. |

Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is a double room with fitted furniture, an en-suite shower
room equipped with a shower a hand basin and a toilet.

Rates
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are €55/night. Bedroom 4 is €65/night.
All rates are for two people sharing, for more than one night, and include
breakfast. There is an extra charge of €5 for a single night's stay. Single
occupancy is is €35/night including breakfast. Please contact us for weekly
rates, specials, etc.
Dining Room

French buffet style breakfast is served in the dining room. A full
English cooked breakfast can also be supplied for an additional €8 per
person. |
We serve set evening meals (or a BBQ) for €20 per person
(including wine) for a minimum of 2 people.
Bicycles
We supply adult bikes for FREE loan.
Barbecues
 |
It is possible to offer Barbecues in our garden, weather and client
numbers permitting. These would be at an extra cost although you are
welcome to use our barbecue to cook your own food. |
Parking and Storage
 |
By prior arrangement, parking and storage can be provided for canoes,
bikes and boat trailers. Please phone or email before your stay. |
Laundry
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that you are
welcome to use during your visit.
Games Room
There is a games room where you will find Darts, Table Tennis,
etc.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome but with a maximum of 2
dogs. A refundable deposit is required of 30 euros per room returned
providing the dogs have not been allowed on furniture or beds or left on their
own in rooms and have not caused any damage to the property.

All major credit cards are accepted.
